The location was ideal, close to eateries and the vibrant waterfront, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. Room service via a robot was a fun touch. However, street noise and ongoing roadworks made for a less peaceful stay, and the mattress was a bit too soft for comfort.

Housekeeping finishes too early, resulting in communication issues!!! The loaded room perks felt overpriced compared to nearby alternatives. Lack of basic kitchen utensils like teaspoons for coffee was annoying!!!

The M Social offers a modern and stylish ambiance with comfortable rooms featuring large windows. The staff was exceptionally accommodating and helpful, assisting with parking and check-in. The location is superb, being close to the ferry terminal and popular bars. Room service was generous, and the coffee machine in the room added a nice touch.

Occasional noise from nightlife may disturb light sleepers.

The Social View King room was super comfy! Amazing views of the port from the big windows. The bed and pillows were perfect for sleeping. We also loved the shower and having a coffee maker and fridge in the room. The sliding wall for the bathroom view was a cool touch too. No complaints here!

The staff were super friendly and even gave my family a surprise treat for my daughter's anniversary! Plus, a robot delivered peppermint tea bags to their room when they requested them, and honestly, who doesn’t love a robot bringing you tea?

While it was a bit pricey, it definitely felt worth it.

I loved the modern design and cozy comfort of my Social View King room! The wall that separates the bathroom was such a cool feature, showering while watching TV with a fine harbor view felt like a luxury! The breakfast buffet was delicious, though a little on the pricier side, but totally worth indulging in!

staying at m social was a fantastic experience. the location was perfect, just a short walk to everything we needed in the city. the extra-large single beds were a pleasant surprise! i also loved the helpful and friendly staff who made our stay even better. we appreciated the valet parking and the thoughtful touches like water bottles.

Birthday letdown with some highlights

We came for my b-day stay but it was kinda disappointing. The separate room was nice but just not clean enough. First breakfast was awesome, but the next morning it felt cheap delivered by a robot! Also, some staff need training on checking in details—wasn’t fun sorting out a breakfast charge at checkout. Nice view though!
